Hello, I'm Mercedes, a textile and fashion designer, as well as a mentor for fashion entrepreneurs. My passion is creating brands with soul—those that have something different to tell. I not only design clothing collections for my clients but also help them create the 'why' behind their brands—the strategy behind the product and the brand universe. Building a clothing brand requires a strategy, and the last task you should do when creating one is designing the product and sourcing suppliers. If you don't have time to commit to 1:1 live mentorships, don't worry. I offer you this brand identity service so you can leave the creative direction to me and I can propose the best brand universe for your project. With this service, I delve deep into building your brand, identifying your ideal customer, analyzing your competitors, establishing your communication, marketing, and design strategy, creating your brand's aesthetic universe, including colours, emotions, visual imagery, materials, and textures for your products, etc., and planning the parameters of your upcoming collection. This work is so thorough that the final file becomes the DNA of your brand. We will have a final video call where we will go through the entire document, and I will explain everything I did and why I did it, so you can understand the strategy behind my work. I guarantee that you will have a unique vision and clarity about your project; I see it on the faces of my clients at the end of the video call. There they realised they always had a unique story to tell, that they hadn’t thought about before, or maybe, they did not know how to put it into words.
This is the star service of the studio. Here we put into practice everything we have done in the previous brand identity work, and we will come up with a cohesive collection, aligned with your values, market opportunities and ideal client. As I mentioned to you before, this is the last step when building a fashion brand, as all the information gathered and analysed during the brand identity work will be the key to helping me design your items within a strategy. The collection design is a consequence and will stem from the universe previously created for your brand. Your brand identity is about your message, and your products are the transmitters.

In contrast to the memberships, these consultation sessions are one-time sessions that do not require a monthly commitment and can be scheduled at any time to discuss specific and concrete topics. These consultations are intended for individuals who already have their brand idea in progress, or at least in the initial stages but have doubts and need a professional external perspective on their brand identity, highlighting flaws and errors for correction and improvement.
